What do we own and what do you license?
All content on hexaxia.ai is the property of Hexaxia AI, LLC or its affiliates and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. This includes, but is not limited to, written copy, design, code, illustrations, the hexagonal mark and wordmark, and the names Hexaxia, Hexaxia AI, Hextant, RhizomeRAG, Syncro SDK, Doxia, AGF, APF, ASIP, and any successor product or framework names introduced from time to time.
The Hexaxia Agent Governance Framework (AGF), the Agentic Protocol Framework (APF), and the Agent Self-Improvement Protocol (ASIP) are proprietary works. No license is granted by virtue of access to this site. Clients engaged with Hexaxia AI receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use-only right to read and reference these frameworks during the term of their engagement. The license does not grant rights to reproduce, redistribute, externally attribute, or create derivative works. All copies of framework materials must be returned or destroyed at the end of the engagement, and the confidentiality obligations survive termination. Any other use requires written permission.
Open source components used by Hexaxia AI products retain their original licenses and copyrights. If Hexaxia AI publishes open source code in the future, the applicable license will be included in the relevant repository and will govern that specific code.
What you may and may not do here.
You may read, share, and link to the publicly available pages of this site. You may quote short excerpts for review, journalism, or scholarship with attribution.
You may not copy substantial portions of the site for republication. You may not scrape, mirror, or use automated tools to harvest content at scale without written permission. You may not use the Hexaxia, Hextant, or other trademarks to imply endorsement of unrelated products or services. You may not attempt to access non-public portions of the infrastructure, and you may not interfere with the security or integrity of the site.

Content on hexaxia.ai is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, accounting, security, or professional advice. Decisions about adopting AI, structuring AI governance, or implementing the frameworks described here should be made in consultation with qualified professionals familiar with your specific circumstances.

Where disputes are resolved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Standard clauses.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page with an updated Issued date. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexaxia AI, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, or expense arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, acts of government, labor disputes, or third-party service interruptions.
Assignment
We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of law. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any engagement-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hexaxia AI, LLC regarding use of the site.

By using this site or contacting us through it, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. Notices delivered via email to the address you provide will be treated as delivered when sent.
Severability
